Willie Davlin, 1920

In Robertson county, 1920, Phylissa or Felicia Jency Cole (2nd marriage) submitted a widow's application for pension
under her first husband Lysander Edward Stanley who served in the Civil War. Lysander died in 1885. Phylissa then married Jesse Cole who died in Montgomery County, Texas around 1899. The two witnesses who signed the Affidavit of Witnesses for Phylissa were Mrs. Emma Davlin and Mrs Willie Davlin. I'm interested in information for all the names above. But I'm wondering could Willie Davlin be the youngest daughter of Lysander and Phylissa Stanley? Willie Stanley was born February 12, 1883. Would be interested in contact with any of Willie Davlin's descendants if there's a connection to the Stanley line.
