For the latest information, go to .

The Robertson County Census Project is fully funded! The 1910 census has already been transferred from microfilm to CD-ROM, is on its way to the US GenWeb Archives, and will soon appear online. The 1920 & 1930 census years are not far behind. Robertson County (created in 1837) will soon become the first of Texas' original counties to have all of its available handwritten census records online.

Special thanks to all who contributed & helped solicit funds! The funding started out slow, but once it got going, folks really rose to the occasion. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The next project for which money is needed is the creation of a clickable, interactive map where site visitors can click on a cemetery, historic marker, historic town/community and be hyperlinked to burial lists, marker information, & Handbook of Texas online information.

If you had planned on contributing to the Census Project but had not yet done so, please consider contributing to the Map Project. Even if you hadn't thought about contributing to the Census Project, your donation to the Map Project would be greatfully appreciated. All money collected goes directly towards placing information online.

Thanks again! Your generosity helps the Robertson County TXGenWeb site to continue to grow.
