Thomas Jefferson Simpson and Malissa Simpson

Am looking for any information on the above mentioned in Red River Co., Texas, my grandmother was the daughter of these two and she married Oscar Franklin Webb in Blossom, Texas in 1893. I have no idea of who their parents were or even where to begin to look. These Simpson's ended up in Mead, Oklahoma where I believe they owned and operated at Buick dealership in the early 1900s.

Also would like to know if Clarksville, Texas has any records of the people who attended school to study law in the late 1800's? I am especially looking for John Nance Garner and Frank Webb. If someone could direct me in the right direction to obtain these records it would be awesome.
