School house near Greenwood/Whiteman's Chapel Cem. - Red River Co.

Can anyone tell me the name and history of a one-room school house that used to be located at the corner of FM 1185 and FM 1699, just north of Clarksville? It was located near Greenwood/Whiteman Chapel's Cemetery, and land records indicate that both the land for the school and cemetery were donated at the same time in 1898 (Deed Book CH Vol 33, page 521; filed on 16 Apr 1898).

The old school house was no longer standing as of 2004, but my husband remembers driving by it as late as the early 1970s.

Thank you in advance for any information.
