Does anyone know who John, Thomas or Andrew Erwin Butler are?
I excerted some info from the land records in Red River, years ago and still don't know who these folks are...I hope some one will prove they are related to my Nathan Gilbert Butler (N.G. Butler), father of many children, but his last being my children's great-great grandfather; Edward Gilbert Butler (his mother was Nancy Jane Mowery).

Thomas Butler, power of attorney for Sarah Sisk..Hosea Barlet of Burke Co., NC legal heirs of Jesse H. Hall, dcd. to dispose of land in Republic of Texas or State of Arkansas (page 32) 1/27/1830

same parties as page 386...claim to improvement including mill, distilery, house and plantation, situated about 1 mile south of Willims Bluff on Red River known as Heath Place, transferred to grantors by Richard F. Giddens, Administrator of Absalom Giddens 9/20/1840

William Gibbard bound to John Terry HR certification of Andrew Erwin Butler 640 acres granted to him (page 117)

John Butler to John B. Butler $100., 100 acres about 2 miles South of Clarksville (the N.G. Butlers and the Mowerys were out this way) page 32) 9/20/1844

If anyone can identify any of these folks, please contact me directly so I make sure and get the info...have much to share.
