For years I wondered what family my gg grandmother Francis Victory Anderson came from. I know little about her. She was born April 28, 1861. Past census I found her in later in life listed either TN or KY for a birthplace. She wed Calvin P. Mays in 1885. They moved to Kaufman County, Texas where they raised their children Minnie, Fannie and Emeral. I am unsure where these children were born and I have never known anything about Francis or Calvins parents or their past. This past week I think I have found Francis in a census record in Rains Co., TX but I am not positive. Her birth year is off a few years, but this isn't unusual for old census records. I thought I would search for this family in TN in 1870 and I also searched for her parents or siblings in Rains Co., TX in 1900 but there is no other trace of them. Where did this family go? Does anyone know anything about the following family?

Francis V. Anderson (female)-age 16, born in TN
Lucindy J. Anderson-age 14, born in TN
John J. Anderson-age 11, born in TN
William H (?) Anderson-age 7, born in TN
Martha A. Anderson-age 4, born in TN
Emma L. Anderson-age 2, born in TN
Francis died in 1916 in Kaufman Co., TX and is buried in the Mt. Olive Cemetery in Scurry, Kaufman County, Texas. Francis informant listed her mother as Ms. FM Anderson on her death certificate. This is why I am so sure this is my family. If you can help, I would appreciate it.
