Paul,
You may have since obtained this information, but in case that you haven't. The church you are looking for is St. Mary Catholic Church (Marfa, Texas) I have recently obtained the baptismal records for the Mission of Marfa at the Church of Shafter, Texas from 1896 to 1915 through the LDS Family History Center. Many baptismal and marriages for El Polvo are recorded in this church's records. If you still have need for this information and its within the above time frame, email or post a message on this site and I will forward the source information for ordering the records. The records only go back to 1896.
Luis
