I went by the info that you provided and did a quick search through the vital records.
Ivan Earl Summers b. 5 Apr 1903 d 21 July 1982 Potter County, Texas. SS# 452-07-2021.

I also did a search through the birth records and found this:

Charles Edward Summers & Dora Hisel had the following children:

Bertie Jacqueline Summers 10-23-1934 Potter
Billy Ray Summers 4-2-1928 Potter
Charles Raymond Summers 10-29-1938 Potter

Billy Ray Summers had a child in 1945:

Judith Maxine Summers 2-9-1945 Potter Co.
