By now you may have found what you wanted, but I found a death record for a Cecil Ford who died 31 Jan 1960 in Amarillo, Potter Co, TX, but that Cecill is a Negro female, with occupation of housework.

If you're still looking, what is the significance of the year 1920? Do you know anything about when and where Cecil or Eva were born?
