Theodore Kerr, Toyah, early 1900s

Theodore Kerr and his family lived in Toyah in the early 1900s. This gentleman was my great-great-great uncle, after whom my grandfather, father, and I are named. I would like to know more about him, but family records are scarce. Anyone in Pecos county have any information?
