In a newspaper abstract from the Weatherford Enquirer dated 8 October 1891, there were very brief mentions of two surnames which are in my BOWLES tree---MAXEY and STOUTSENBERGER. The abstracts said in full:
The Oak Cliff Saloon
J. H. MAXEY
North Main Street
"Jugs furnished free"
Can anyone tell me anything about these two saloon keepers or their families?
Happy to share what I have.
