I don't know if it will help you any, but list of old post offices in TX does not show a Copper Line, but there is a Copper Hill in Parker Co, TX listed. Postmaster named in 1857, and post office discontinued in 1867.

Have you tried the Parker Co, TX GenWeb site? I just took a very quick look see, the Parker Co Gen Soc has a list of cities past and present and they show "Cooper Hill", maybe the same place(?) Neither name shows up on GNIS. Post a query on that site, also.

The Handbook of TX lists some early towns for Parker Co. and "Cooper Hill" is one of them. Just type in Cooper Hill. So, you may have to search for both spellings.
