Panola County Census, before 1850

Are there any census records out there for Panola, Shelby, or Harrison counties before 1850? I know Panola was formed from Shelby and Harrison in 1846, so I was wondering if there was anything out there like a census or tax records for those areas in the 40's. Maybe a list of landowners or something like that?
