Hi Berlene.

First, you'll need an exact date of death for Samuel and Ralph Timms. The Texas death index 1964-2000 is online at the USGenWeb archives (go to Texas, then to Orange County). If they died between 1903-1976, the Texas State Library can look up their death dates for you (

Once you have the death date, you can order the death certificate from the state. This page tells you how to do that:
