Thank you Martha. I have the census info and know they were in Corpus Christi in 1860.In 1880 Atascosa Co all 7 - John and Catherine Cannon, William and Mahala Lacey Cannon and 3 sons listed under William and Mahala, Toby b 1862, Theophlus b 1865 and Jacob L. b 1872. These sons were Mahala's by John Hardin Lacey who had died in Gillespie Co. William was son of John and Catherine. I have searched and found nothing on any of them except the land sale in Atascosa Co in 1883 of John and Catherine and witnessed by William. I must be missing something, as it is as if the 7 of them just dropped off the earth. I have done extensive research. They were Catholic but have not had a reply from the Diocese there. Will appreciate any help or suggestions. Thanks Pat
