I am searching for a married couple with the first-names of
SANTIAGO and DELIA. I am not sure how to spell their last name which begins with the letter M.

SANTIAGO M. was born in Texas, and his wife was from Mexico. We knew this couple and their family when we were all stationed in Okinawa, Japan in the 1970's.

SANTIAGO M. retired from the United States Marine Corps. as a Sargent-Major. In the 1980's him and his wife DELIA were living in Corpus Christi, Texas.
