Fletcher, her husband, was the informant, so the Mrs. F. D. Fletcher who was the informant on his D.C. must have been a second wife. I would look for an obituary for him, see if her full name is given as a survivor.
I'm assuming you've seen Fletcher on the 1900 and 1910 census with his parents and family in Lee Co, AL.
In 1920 Chambers Co, AL, Nannie Pearl and Fletcher D. are living with her brothers, Otis Snuggs (head of household) and Robert C. Snuggs. (middle initial for Otis not clear)
1900 Randolph Co, AL, Nanny P. a sister and some brothers are living with parents Pink and wife, her name not clear, but could be Mary.
