I am looing for info on the approx. size of Nac. Co. in the 1848-1850 time frame. My family came from Tenn. to Texas( Thank God) between 1848 and 1850. I was told that at that time Nac. Co. was rather large and my have stretched from as far South as Houston to as far North as Greenville- Sulpher Springs. They appear in the 1850 Nac. census and then somewhere between then and 1860, they move to Henderson Co. Any light that can be shed upon this is appreciated.

Thanks

Scott Aly
