Hi All,
My gggrand James Mason Van is listed in the household of his grandparents The William McMillian family in the year of 1860 Linn Flat in Nacogdoches Co Texas. I found his dad Mason Van in tax records for around those years. James parents (Mason and Sophia) must have died and left him and his two sisters. How many old cemeteries are there around Linn Flat? Is Linn Flat still a town?
I want to know more about this little town----PLEASE HELP!!!
