J C Harn Survey in Montgomery County, Texas

I purchased an old picture at a tag sale and found a land deed behind the picture, dated 1904.

The purchaser was F J Bourn/Bouhe/Baune or something like that.

It was purchased in Chicago Il. from a T. Y. Yarnall Land and Immigration Agent. The description of the land is 120 acres in the J. C. Harn Survey in Montgomery County Texas and known as the Culberdtson Place.

A list of payments was written on the back of the deed, all signed by Mr. Yarnall.

Does this ring a bell with anyone?
