Garrett Family of Egypt, Texas 1820-40>

I am searching for Charles Garrett family. He lived in DeSoto Parish, Louisiana before coming to Texas. Charles is listed in the 1821 Texas Tax Index - Nacogdoches County/1826 Texas Tax Index - Texas Territory - Austin's Colony/ 1829 Texas Tax Index - Texas Territory - San Augustine. Also in the 1840 Montgomery Co. Texas Tax Index.
His daughter Elizabeth Agnes Garrett married William Stanhope Taylor 6 Jul 1838 in Montgomery Co., Texas. I believe Elizabeth had an older sister Nancy (Both Elizabeth and Nancy are listed in U.S. Census as being born in Louisiana and I have Nancy from DeSoto Parish). Elizabeth was living in Egypt, Texas (just south of Conroe, today) when she married Wm. S. Taylor and they resided in Montgomery, Montgomery Co., Texas. Wm. S. Taylor was a Lt. under Sam Houston at the Battle of San Jacinto. I would like to link up with a Garrett family member.
