A sincere thanks for the information leading to the location of the final resting spot of Private Lem Liles. The Hardy Cemetery was being mowed the cool day we photographed his large headstone.

He rests near his mother, father and two siblings. An inscription reads "Nov. 11 he fell while fighting for liberty.
