Braddys of Montague County, TX
Posted by: Roger Braddy (ID *****3492) Date: July 14, 2005 at 15:08:24

I am seeking information on any Braddys that lived in Young, Taylor, Jack, Montague, Cooke, Fannin and Hunt Counties, TX. Also, Pontotoc County, OK. My great grandfather, Joseph (Joe)B. Braddy and family lived along a line from Buffalo Gap/Abilene through the above counties into Oklahoma. Two sons, Charlie and Dick lived there final days in Ada, OK along with their mother, Fannie until 1911/1912. Unable to locate Fannie after death of Dick in 1911 in Ada, OK. Joe lived out his final days in Jackson, WY along with eldest daughter, Margaret (Maggie) L. Braddy Simspon, until 1916 when he died.
