If the County Clerk told you to call the County Attorney, then I would keep calling the County attorney, He is in and out of the office a great deal.

What is a Royalty Contract? Since I mostly do family history, I am not sure what a Royalty Contract unless it has to do with gas and oil leases.

The Caldwell County School land survey covers large of the county. There are at lest 3 Leagues in the CCSL where a L = 4,428 acres
