Sarah: As best as I can remember the middle name of Altemon "Leonard" was given to me by Nola Myranda Locklin Porter, 4th child of Samuel Griffith Locklin. Leonard could explain the naming of Leonard Louis and Leonora by Samuel G. I have no proof and all of the census and his obit only show the letter L. You may be right about the Livingston coming from the Mercer side of the family. I show the four children of Mary Fokes and James Fulcher as Emily Permelia b. 1843; John Francis b. 1845; James Henry "Bud b. 1847 and Abigail Permelia b. 1849. Is that correct? I am afraid that I have made some mistakes on the children of William Lawson and Nancy Mercer. Please send me their names and dob. I show their first born as Louisa E. Locklin b. abt. 1827 d. 1846 Milam Co. Who was James Locklin b.27 Jan 1852 Milam Co. d. 27 Nov 1923, San Gabiel, Milam Co. burial Locklin Cem.? I thought he was a child of Altemon and Mary. Apparently, that is wrong.
Who was the wife of James Henry Fulcher. I show Nancy but am not sure of her last name. Will stop for now and finish your last message after I respond to the FindAGrave on Samuel & Celia. Thank you for all of your help.
