Thank you for your reply ... I was afraid no one would.
It is strange that in all the newspaper reports about this flood, both in Williamson Co and Milam Co, the Brown Family is mentioned - however no one knows where they were buried nor can their death certificates be found. It seems that should have been obits for them at least, giving a clue as to their whereabouts. Thanks to you I at least know about the cemetery name change of New City to Oak Lawn, thank you.
