Flood of 1921 / Lilac Cemetery / New City Cemetery

Seeking further info on the Flood of 1921 that devastated Milam and Williamson counties and surrounding areas; also it's casualities. I am hoping to find a complete list of casuality names. My main interest of research from these articles is the surname BROWN .. the info I have found so far lists a Lee Brown and his mother Mrs.M.L.Brown (or M.I. Brown) as victims. No first names known for this woman or who her husband was. They are supposed to be buried in Lilac Cemetery but no record can be found for them. From one article I read about Flood it said some were buried in "New City Cemetery" ..... I found no record for cemetery by this name ... is it now called by another name? Any thoughts on this appreciated.
