McAnally Family

I have been researching Oscar Fides McAnally of Cameron, Milam County, TX. Born in Tennessee about 1852 or 1853, he taught school in Milam County, served in the Texas State Legislature 1899-1901, and was murdered in Cameron December 30, 1905. He is probably the son of William McAnally, Jr. (born 19 July 1827, according to the family Bible, died 4 July 1857), grandson of William McAnally (7 January 1793-July 1862) and Elizabeth Stone (12 June 1795-Nov 1862). This family lived in Lawrence County, TN, but was was originally from Stokes County, NC. I have a lot of information on this family, but any new data would be most welcome.
