Hi Dallie,
I tried to send you and e-mail, but it bounced and apparently the followup on GenWeb never was posted ssooooo
Thanks for the info. Would you like the names of the sibblings of Ella? What I'm wondering about is this is Eliza and Fanny Jordan the same person? According to what I have Eliza was born in Pontotoc C. Miss. Her Father and maybe some brothers were sent to Indian Territory and she never heard from them again.
Was John Blocker married twice, Maida says no that he was m only one time. By the way Maida is a 1st cousin to your Father. Her Father was Seth Shepard Blocker. I've not ordered the Pontotoc Co.census for 1860, but I will tomorrow when the FHC is open. Apparently Eliza is buried in or near Cameron TX. Maid gave me a letter that states in 1987 someone named Mabel Dick and others of the family put a frave stone on her grave.
I don't know the name of the cemetery but I will find out. Let me know how I can help doing this.
