Do you live near a Family History Center? That book has been microfilmed by the LDS Family History Library and that film can be "rented" and sent to a local FHC near you where you can read the whole book.

Go to -- http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Library/FHLC/frameset_fhlc.asp -- Click on Author, type in Peyton, Mark. There's one match, your book. Then click on View Film Notes and get microfilm number.

Happy Hunting (^_^)
