I went to the Health Department in Wichita Falls,Texas to get there Death Certificates but the lady thata was helping me said I need there parents and what city they were born in. I told her I had what county. She said I needed the city and there parents because of the Family Privacy Act. I am going to Wichita Falls,Texas this summer so I'm going to try to get it again. I appreciate your help. Thank you very much Joan.
Thank you,
Charla
