This obit is an old and yellowing newspaper clipping which was found among other clippings with various surnames. The clipping has no newspaper name and the only date (June 18, 1979) is handwritten in the top margin in red ink. My GUESS is the clip was taken from a local paper in Springfield, Missouri.

Services for Mrs. Eva
Marie "Jerry" Lewis, 65,
of 3034 W. State, will be at
10 a.m. Tuesday in Her-
man Lohmeyer Chapel
with Dan Lightfoot officiat-
ing. Burial will be in White
Chapel Cemetery.
Mrs. Lewis died at 7:01
a.m. Sunday in St. John's
Regional Health Center
after a long illness.
She had been a cook at
Claire's Cafe. She was a
member of the Broadway
and Madison Church of
Survivors include her
