Joseph Mack was born in Persake New Jersey on 3-17-1904 or 05 to George Mack and Maria or Mary Theresa Waller Mack. I was told that Joseph went by Mack Waller. Joseph had 2 sisters;Kathryn and Coralina and 3 brothers; Fritz, John and Ernst. At the age of 5 Joseph moved to Hungary with his parents and his sister Kathryn. Joseph returned to N.J. at 18 yrs old and joined the army. In 1948 his mother died in a bomb attack in Hungary.
Then army sent Joseph to Texas where he met my grandmother Otila Quinones. I'm not sure of the spelling. Otila was born in Mexico on oct.1911 to Rosalio and Maria Dias Quinones. Again, I'm not sure of the spelling. Rosalio died while serving as sergent under Poncho Villa. When the revelution started Rosalio sent Maria and his 2 daughters to El Paso TX.
Maria found a job as a nanny for a very wealthy family. This is where Joseph and Otila married and had their first child George, after his grandfather in 1928. If any one has information for me, please respond.
