Isaac Slover: Hays,Frio and Real Cos Tx

I am seeking information on Isaac Slover born 18 August 1827 in Arkansas possible Madison County, he died 13 March 1910 Leakey, Real County Texas. Was his parents John Slover and Sarah Ann Stone? Is this John Slover the son of Isaac Slover and Margaret Lowder?
Isaac Slover married Amanda Mayes Lock in Hays County Texas 29 March 1854. Iam dec. from their daughter Amanda Jane Slover who married Leonard Berry 7 May 1880 Frio County Texas. Any information concerning Isaac Slovers parents and sibling would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
