It doesn't ring a bell yet, but then again, I do not have a whole lot of information on this line. My gggrandfather was suspicious of the gov't and falsified much of his life, including social securtiy number, and everything else he ever signed. In addition, he never legally changed his name to Otis Barry. His goal was to erase his past, and he just about succeeded.
