Hi Joan- This information was on a voters registation file for the year 1868 that someone was kind enough to share with me. The registration showed that this person had resided in Tarrant County for 5 years then to Precinct 4 for 4 years. I was not aware that there was precincts within counties in Texas. I should have guessed. In our State the counties are divided in Districts. Thank you for your interest. Keep up the good work.
