Do you know when and where Lucinda died? If so, obtain her death certificate, it should have the names and birth locaton of her parents. With her father's name, check the Soundex for the 1880 census in TX. If Lucinda was born 1874 in TX, her family should be on the 1880 census. The 1880 Soundex is unique, in that only families with children under the age of 10 years were included. Lucinda herself would qualify her family.
