Where are the Anderson/Houston Co., TX Family researchers?

For sometime now, I have attempted to contact anyone in Anderson and Houston Co., TX in order to ask a simple question. The question regards the headstone of J.R. Laymance who is buried in the Guiceland Cemetery of which part of the cemetery is located in Anderson Co. and the newer part is located in Houston Co. There has always been someone who takes care of the cemetery, but he is now deceased. Thus, who has taken his place? Also, are people now simply allowed to do what they want to do in that cemetery?
