Is anyone currently researching a Mounts or Mount family beginning in Tennessee, then Georgia then Texas by 1872?
In 1880 Montague Co., Texas census;
W. M. Mount/Mounts, white male, age 45, farmer, born Tennessee, parents TN.
wife A. S., white female, age 40, born Georgia, parents GA
son C. C. white male, age 14, born GA.
daughter M. F. age 12, born GA.
son W. E., age 8, born Texas.
daughter M. E., age 5, born Texas.
son, S. G.(?), age 3, born Texas.
