The "flat on the ground" rather than the "standing slab" would be the easiest for someone to place; I have placed both. Here is the contact information for two organizations where you might get someone to help you. You could take care of all of the ordering of the headstone and, if someone will agree to place the stone, have the stone shipped directly to them.Does the cemetery have a caretaker or is there someone in charge of the cemetery?
