Would like to know the connection between Cynthia Ann Parker (Mother of Chief Quanah) and the Powell family who came to Texas with her family. William R. Powell my Great-Great Grandfather had a brother named James. Jame's wife may have been a relative of Cynthia. All information greatly appreciated.
