It's a long time since you posted your inquiry so I hope this information is long since found. While indexing the 1940 census, I searched Elvoy Musgrave for the spelling and came up with your inquiry. Here's a quick summary of what's in the 1940 census, which will be up on FamilySearch.org shortly.

MUSGRAVE
Dewey 40 Born in OK Plumber
Ola 32 "
Dewel B 9 Born in TX
Elvoy 7 "
Cleetus 5 "

You'll be able to find them at 845 Denver Blve, San Antonio, Bexar County, TX.
