Ethel Yelland was born in England Jan 1886 she emigrated to the USA and in 1904 she married Thomas Henry Bassett Yelland who was also born in England .They married in Michigan and had 2 children who were born born in Michigan.
I have seen Ethel's maiden name spelt Bair although the correct spelling was Beare.
The children were called Roy and Verna and I have heard that the daughter didn't have contact with her mother although after the divorce Ethel sent her letters but the fathere didn't show her them. I don't know if the son had contact with her.
I have a photograph of Ethel standing beside a car and she is with a group of people. There is also a sign hanging from a building. Unfotunately the sign isn't clear enough to give me any clue.
In 1941 Ethel was in Philadelphia but I have no idea who she was with or where she was living and most likely I will never find out.
