Hi, all,
I am not related to you (I don't think....)
I bought an antique picture frame and when it arrived it had a picture in it. There is a name and this info in green ink on the back of the frame: "Perry Daniel Rodney" or Radney (can't read the a or o well) "born Ga died ?? Texas 1912" the ?? looks like it could be "ab" or "of"
The picture is of a distinquished looking older man with a gray beard and nice dark hair.
I know by the activity on the Radney board that there are some of his descendants active on the Radney board. I had been looking for Perry Daniel Rodney on the internet and it didn't occur to me to spell it Radney until I found an alternate spelling someplace.

I found that post number 88 by Robert Radney on the Radney forum seems to be the right family links. I could not get in touch with Robt Radney, the email address is no longer valid.
Genform gave an automated response for me to also post on the US States Texas board, so here it is.
I hope to hear from someone. The picture is abt 20 inches high and I will photograph it when I take it out of the frame, so that anyone who contacts me can get a look at the photo in case there are more than one who contacts me abt this photo. I am not going to take it out of the frame anytime soon, so you have time to get in touch. I have the photo from the site that I bought the frame from, it is not great because of the glare of the glass, but you will get an idea.
My motive: I am pleased that in the past a stranger put me in touch with a family Bible in my family line, and it was through Genforum.
