Your Richard H. Alexander is listed on 1900 census in Red River Co.,Tx. under- R.H. Elexandra- b.1865 Ark.- wife Mary J.-b.1870 Ark. married 16 yrs 6kids-6 living. Bill-b.1886 Tx--Ray-b.1888 Tx--Ben-b.1891 Tx--Mathis-b.1893 Tx--Hettie(Elizabeth?) b.1896 Tx--Pearl- b.1898 Tx. Sometimes you have to search first name only in the county that's how I found Pearl here.
