Since you provided all the Walker info:

I have found Jane Walker & most of her kids & their families in Winn, LA in 1860 & 1870. Still haven't found James & Celia on the 1870 census, but with the rest of the family there, it lends further credibility to all of the info on Celia's family that I posted in response to your Missouri query.

I'm pretty sure James & Celia are there, as both Robert & Harrison were born in Louisiana. They may have been mis-indexed or just missed.
