There's a Harry B. Flounders on the 1920 census, but he was born in England.

1920 census El Paso Co, TX:

Fairhurst, Even, h, 42, md, b Eng, Eng, Eng
" Mary, w, 42, md. b Eng, Eng, Eng
" Mary, d, 17, sgle, b Eng
Flounders, Harry B., Uncle, 24, "md", b Eng, Eng, Eng

The whole family came here in 1904 and all were naturalized in 1910.

Happy Hunting (^_^)
