My 2x great Grandfather's name was a George W. Wyrick born abt. 1835 in Ohio parents possiably David and Elizabeth Walter. George married a Mary E. Elmore. Her parents were William and Sarah Taylor Elmore. She was born in Virginia. I also show Rebecca as one of George's sibblings. Trying to find out what happen to George after his family moved with the Elmore Families to Indiana, Missouri and Texas. I believe George to have been in the Union Army. His wife and some of his children are listed on the 1870 census records for White Mound Texas. Any help would be appreciated.
