Tilmon Dennis came to texas with his 3rd wife Mary Ann UNK and his and Her children. She was married first to Rufus Young that died in 1862 Dade Co.,Ga. Mary Ann Young married Tilmon Dennis 20 Sep 1868 Dade Co.,Ga. This family then went to Jackson Co,Tn before 1870. And to Wilson Co.,Tx. before 1880. Besides the Dennis children were the three children of Rufus and Mary Ann Young. They were Dartha/Martha Ann b. 1857 Tn married Jesse Dennis(step brother), James C. b. 1859 Ga. married Johanna Jackson, and Nancy A. b. 1861 Ga. married Robert C. Clark. I have found the death cert. of James C. Young and Susan A.(Young) Clark with no help on their Mother's maiden name. I have not found Dartha,Martha Ann Young) Dennis as of yet. Mary Ann Young Dennis was b. 1826 Tn and was last in the 1900 Wilson Co.,Tx census living with her stepson Allen M. Dennis and family. She has not surfaced in the 1910 census. Most family members are buried in Floresville Cemetery in Wilson Co. I could sure use some help. I do not live in Texas and only have access to what's on line. I can not even find Wilson Co. on the genweb. Thanks for any assistance.
Barbara
