How I know birthdate: I have a family data sheet that was passed on to me with my Greatgrandfather George W. Brown's birthdate and place, i.e., Nov '1872 in Montague County, this data sheet was made by an his granddaughter. Census 1900 to 1930 indicate he was born approx. this date. 1900 he was in the chickasaw nation, 1910 Holford,Tx, etc. However, I am looking for his parents. Of whom I have no names. I do know that he had a sister who died young. The family sheet says that "her philandering husband gave her a veneral disease after the birth of their daughter Vivian and she died in young adulthood. His sister's husband left town to avoid being killed by George W. and his father." The data sheet said he also had a brother who they do not name, but said he remained in the Montague TX area and had a son named "Sam Brown". Sam then had a daughter who was a race car driver. So he had two living siblings into early adulthood.
